Spring coaches meeting notes:
The coach meeting is a required meeting for at least one team representative. At the meeting only a team’s representative (coach, manage, or parent from the roster) will be able to pick up team cards. The focus of the meeting will be training on the team use of GotSoccer account. The meeting will be held in the KVCC auditorium at 7:00 PM.
Agenda: 1) Team packet distribution; 2) Training session in use of GotSoccer team account (new game sheet, score reporting, and other team based features); 3) Tentative, as a supplement to the meeting for only those not able to attend the fall meeting is a repeat of the general soccer training presentations (concussions, etc)
Scheduling notes:
Schedule changes may be made during the review period after preliminary schedules are distributed and before schedules are called final but teams must contact each other to agree on any change.
When schedules are called final, it means referee assigning has begun. Game changes may then only be made through the formal process requiring a request form and fee.
Registration notes:
If a team needs cards for a pre-season tournament before April 5th team packet distribution then they need to request from the WMYSA registrar 7 days before the tournament are there is a last minute fee of $15 per player up to 3 (more than 3 players the fee stays $45).
Transfer window of January only applies to between league and between club transfers. If the transfer is within a single club then the due date is March 15th. A late fee will be applied for any submitted after March 15th.
